experience, and the ability to provide counseling/bereavement/case
management services for the terminally ill residing in home settings.

Knowledge of community resources, skills in the interdisciplinary delivery
of care, a desire to help the terminally ill and their families, and excellent
observation and communication abilities are also essential.
